GROUP YOGA RETREATS
I can provide you and your group with a day at one of the local wineries, a mini retreat; as it is not always possible to do a weekend getaway. You will have a morning yoga class – which will be dynamic in style. This will then be followed by a wine tasting and a gourmet lunch. After lunch, I will provide you with a guided relaxation – which will include a tool kit for your group to take home. It is possible to make these overnight stays also.
YOGA CLASSES

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Belinda offers classes as one on one or in a small group situation in Melbourne. Feel free to contact her for either of these. She has her own mats and props, so all you need to bring is yourself. Her classes draw on a flowing style of Hatha yoga, Japanese therapy yoga and Restorative yoga.
She can come to you or you to her. Small classes or a one on one is the perfect way to start your own home practice, as Belinda can leave you with a tailored practice for you to use anywhere, anytime.
ABOUT Belinda Firmstone
Yoga is a gift. It is a gift that was shown to me in one of the most beautiful places on the planet: the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. I made a choice; as the saying goes to change my life, by taking a chance on the adventure that is Yoga Teacher Training.
After completing an amazing and fulfilling course through Radiant Light Yoga, I knew that I was onto a good thing. This chance that I took back in 2011 has taken me to San Francisco to study Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater and back to my home town of Sydney to explore Oki Do Yoga.
I now live and teach yoga in Melbourne. Yoga, just like life, is the simple act of showing up on our mat. That is half the challenge but the chances provided therein are nothing short of magic.
